However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 910.790.8580 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Delivery Policy

  1. Island Appliance offers free standard delivery on all appliance purchases.
  2. Island Appliance will charge a $10 Fuel Offset Charge (FOC) for every stop our truck makes.
  3. Standard delivery does not include installation of any built in items. All installations of built in items are handled by a 3rd party vendor, and billed through that vendor, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Standard delivery does include set up and hook up of any freestanding appliance.
  5. Standard delivery does include haul away of any appliance that is not installed.
  6. Standard delivery does not include accessories needed to make connections for freestanding appliances.
  7. Standard delivery is only within Zip Code areas relative to our market place. Please call to see if your area is in our relative market place.
  8. Standard delivery does not include items that need special assistance to be delivered.
  9. Island appliance reserves the right to charge for any delivery it deems necessary based on "non-standard" circumstances.
